Christmas parking on Douglas’ Loch Prom will open on Thursday, with shoppers able to park for two hours free.
Douglas City Centre Management has posted details of when extra free parking is available in the capital.
The prom parking will run from the entrance at the War Memorial down the length of the sunken gardens.
Car Parks
As well as free parking on the promenade, the Bottleneck and Shaws Brow car parks will be free on Thursday evenings from 5pm onwards and weekends from Thursday through to Boxing Day.
The free two parking on the prom will be in place until January 6.
