Nearly three quarters of Unite members voted to reject the “final” pay off from the Public Services Commission.
This follows Prospect confirming its members had narrowly rejected the offer of two year deal for a 4% pay increase this year, followed by 2.5%.
United said that 73:56% of its respondents voted to reject, 24:9% to accept and 1:52% spoilt their papers.
The PSC is due to meet to discuss the way forward after the latest rejected offer.
