eGaming Integrity Director Emma Shilling has been shortlisted in three individual categories at the Vixio Global Regulatory Awards 2026.
The Manx firm has also been named in two company categories.
Shilling is nominated for AML Professional of the Year, Compliance Innovator of the Year and Compliance Professional of the Year.
eGaming Integrity itself is shortlisted for Compliance Innovator of the Year and Compliance Team of the Year – Supplier.
The business provides compliance and internal‑audit support to online gambling operators and suppliers, including mock audits, remediation work, safer‑gambling assurance and evidence‑led supplier oversight.
Shilling said seeing her name across multiple categories was “a lovely surprise”, adding that much of her AML work involves assessing changes around a business and whether they create risks for licence holders.
She said innovation matters when it helps operators make better decisions and demonstrate why they acted, or chose not to act.
Managing Director James O’Kelly said the team’s monitoring can pick up sanctions alerts or adverse‑media developments overnight, with
Shilling playing a key role in working through what those findings mean for clients and ensuring decisions are properly recorded. He said external recognition helps new clients understand why they can trust the firm with sensitive information.
The nominations follow eGaming Integrity’s earlier success this year, when it was named Independent Online Gambling Assurance Provider of the Year at the UK Enterprise Awards.
The awards ceremony will take place at the Grand Connaught Rooms in London on November 18.
