The TT Legacy Lap is back once again for this year’s TT will take place on Sunday, June 1.
It lap brings together hundreds of motorcycles and thousands of fans for an unforgettable lap of the TT course.
This year’s lap will depart the TT Pit Lane at 9:30am, under the instruction of TT Clerk of the Course, Gary Thompson MBE BEM, following a one-minute ‘Sound of Thunder’.
Legacy Lap
First introduced in memory of Simon Andrews, the Legacy Lap has grown into a shared celebration of the people, stories, and machines that have shaped the rich heritage of the Isle of Man TT Races.
Participants are asked to assemble in the Pit Lane at the TT Grandstand on Glencrutchery Road from 8:30am on June 1, ready to take part in the ride.
Riders wishing to take part must sign on in advance, with signing-on sessions taking place at the Hailwood Centre (located behind the Grandstand) from May 26 to May 31, between 12pm and 5pm.
Everyone who signs on will receive a commemorative wristband to mark their participation in this year’s event.
