Arbory and Rushen Parish Commissioners are looking to identify a person who has been responsible for a fly tipping incident in Rushen.
The Commissioners say that “the person in question attended the Southern Civic Amenity Site entrance on Sept 24 at around 4:05pm when the site had closed”.
It added that they proceeded to fly tip a bed base, Christmas tree and several other items onto the vegetation area to the left of the entrance before reversing back onto the road and leaving.
Fly-tipping
The site operatives noticed the fly tipping when they left the site around 4:30pm and cleared this up, and CCTV has captured the whole event.
The Commissioners would like to contact the person with the car registration KMN430U.
