Cowley Groves and the Manx Development Corporation has that all the Thie Clag flats have been taken up by renters.
All residential apartments at the Former Nurses’ Home have now been successfully rented.
The estate agent said: “We are especially proud to share that 73% of these apartments have been rented to key workers, reaffirming our commitment to supporting those who provide essential services to our island community”.
It added: “In addition, for those who shared their information, over half are aged 35 and under, and 1 in 4 relocated to the island in 2025 – highlighting how Thie Clag has fulfilled its ‘Landing Pad’ goal for attracting returning graduates and young talent to the island.”
