Davey Todd will contest the two Entire Cover insurance Supertwin Races at this year’s Isle of Man TT Races, riding for the Dafabet Racing team alongside his Superbike duties with Milwaukee BMW Motorrad.
Keen to add to their tally of three TT victories, the Bristol-based outfit have enlisted the services of Todd for the two 3-lap races where he hopes to emulate the success of Dean Harrison and Ivan Lintin as victor with Ben and Roy Constable’s team.
Supertwin
The 28-year old has only had one previous Supertwin outing at the Isle of Man TT Races, failing to finish the sole race in 2019 whilst riding for the official Norton team.
However, with his own TT career having soared since then and Dafabet Racing having proven pedigree in the class with their Kawasaki machinery, he’s confident of challenging for honours in June.
Davey Todd said: “I’m really excited about joining the Dafabet Racing team for the Supertwin Races at the TT this year.
“This is a class where bike performance is vital, and I feel like I’ve got a proven machine with the Dafabet team. Their pedigree in the class speaks for itself, so let’s see what we can achieve.”
