TT organisers have announced a new three-year partnership with BMW Motorrad, which sees the manufacturer become the official vehicle safety partner of the TT.
The agreement will provide high-performance BMW vehicles to support the event’s safety and operational teams, including Travelling Marshals, medics, and officials.
The fleet includes BMW S 1000 RR and M 1000 RR motorcycles, X5 and X3 SUVs for medical response, and 530e, M3, and M5 saloons for marshals and safety crews.
Paul Phillips, head of motorsport, said: “Safety is at the heart of everything we do at the TT, and having partners who can help us deliver on that commitment is crucial. We are looking forward to partnering with BMW, a brand that shares our values and vision for the future of the event.”
The Travelling Marshals, marking 70 years of service in 2025, will use the BMW S 1000 RR, while the medical fast response car will be an X5M.
