Vagabonds Ladies’ team is set for a trip to Lancashire this weekend for what will be their penultimate away game of the season.
The Manx side ran out 70-0 winners when the sides met at Ballafletcher back in November.
With two big wins in recent games Vagas find themselves in fourth in Women’s NC 2 North (South) and have three winnable games coming up between now and the end of the season that could see them clim higher.
Going into this weekend Vagas say they have made a “few key changes heading into this clash, which will add an exciting dynamic” to their play.
They added: “The team is fired up and ready to bring their best performance as they push for an away win to boost their league standing.
“It’s an early 5:50am start for the girls, but they’re fully prepared and excited for the challenge.”\
