Beach Buddies has taken the decision not to hold a beach clean this weekend due to the forecast.
Gale to severe gale force winds and spells of heavy rain are forecast for the weekend.
The charity said: “Therefore, we’ve decided to call off Sunday morning’s volunteer session.
“We will be going north next weekend – weather permitting.”
