A person involved in yesterdays crash on the Ballamodha Straight has been airlifted to a hospital in England.
Shortly after 8:15am yesterday morning, the Great North Air Ambulance Service’s critical care team responded to the report of the road traffic collision.
Pilot Phil from the GNAAS flew a doctor and paramedic to Nobles Hospital within 31 minutes, where the patient had already been transported by the Isle of Man Ambulance Service.
At 10:35am, the air ambulance helicopter airlifted the patient to hospital in England for further treatment.
