Windy, Wet & Occasionally Alright

A pretty miserable weekend coming up, and thats not just because of Tynwald’s decisions this week, even I can’t blame them for the weather.

Not only do we have to contend with costs increasing, we also have the clocks changing and gale force winds – I’ll try to muster positivity.

Isolated showers today with a top temperature up to just 9°C, but feeling colder as the strong to near gale force northwest wind continues.

Cloudy tomorrow with rain arriving during the morning, then turning a little patchier before clearing away in the evening.

Fresh to strong west or northwest winds, strengthening during the afternoon, with a top temperature up to 11°C.

Windy Week Ahead

Prepare for strong to gale force winds next week and a bit of rain.

Monday will be largely cloudy with showery outbreaks of rain at times.

It’ll be windy with a W or NW 25-40 with gusts 35-55, veering NW 20-25, backing SW 15-20 later.

Tuesday will also be largely cloudy with showery outbreaks of rain at times.

The wind will ease for a time with a SW 15-20, before veering W or SW 20-32.

Mystic Moz

We are a few weeks off the next full Moon thankfully, which will fall on November 5.

And we’re still a while off mercury retrograde which will begin on November 9 and end on November 29.

However, it’s worth noting that two weeks before November 9 we will enter the shadow period.

So if things start to feel weird from Sunday – you know why.

Enjoy your weekend and attempt to keep smiling.
