Zac Woodward of Northern AC produced an outstanding performance at the Sale Harriers indoor meeting in Manchester last Sunday.
At the event, Woodward cleared 3.90metres in the pole vault.
He won his age group and, crucially, achieved the qualifying standard for the English National Indoor Championships, which take place in Sheffield on February 7.
