Do you see yourself as a Michelin-starred chef? Spend hours slaving away creating a masterpiece of a bonnag? Get yourselves entered into the World Bonnag Championships.
This year, the competition will be held on Friday, April 19.
The hotly contested competition will take place in Dalby schoolrooms starting at 7.30pm.
World Bonnag Champs
It promises an evening of special entertainment that only Dot Tilbury and friends can bring.
Admission is £12.30 which includes the concert, a Manx Supper, and the judging of the Bonnags.

Classes
There are several classes you can enter:
- Gents
- Ladies
- Children’s (U14)
- A Commercial Class
- Gluten Free
The overall World Bonnag Champion will be awarded the Isle of Man Creamery Buttermilk Cup, with additional class trophy’s, for winners of each class.
Bags of Soda Bread Flour for entrants can be picked up from the schoolrooms during the week beginning April 15.
If you aren’t attending the concert, Bonnags can be delivered to Dalby schoolrooms from 4pm – 7pm on April 19.
