Two waiting areas at Noble’s Hospital have new seating thanks to fundraising by staff at Zurich Isle of Man, with the total boosted through match‑funding from the Z Zurich Foundation.
Zurich employees organised raffles, pop‑up shops and other events, led by operations team manager Jane Mayhew.
The money raised was then matched by the foundation, bringing the total to £2,863.53.
The donation was given to the Friends of Noble’s Hospital and used to buy new chairs for the Emergency Department and Minor Injuries Unit waiting rooms.
Manx Care thanked both organisations, saying the new seating will “help improve comfort for patients and visitors while they wait for care.”
