A Manx cake designer has won the Flawless Finish category at the annual D’licious Magazine Awards.
Award-winning Manx cake designer Aimee Ford says she is absolutely “thrilled” to have won the award.
The Flawless Finish award recognises those who produce a cake that is so neat and clean that it amazes every time.

She said: “Being a finalist in four categories was already mind-blowing, and seeing my name alongside my actual cake heroes made me ridiculously emotional.”
Aimee congratulated the other finalists and winners at the awards, and for everyone who cheered her on.
She added: “The cake world is where I feel like my weirdness not only belongs but is celebrated, and I can’t tell you how much that means.”
The DMA’s took place at Allington Castle in Kent on Saturday (February 15).
