Hills, Forests and Glens teams from the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture are undertaking the burning of diseased elm timber in Ballaugh Quarry.
Works are scheduled to begin tomorrow (September 29) and may continue until October 4, depending on weather conditions.
There may be minor disruptions within Ballaugh Plantation, and public access to the quarry will be restricted during this time.
DEFA asks that everyone please adhere to all signage and directions provided by the contractor.
