Callum and Ryan Crowe will look to defend their TT crowns this year in a new-look format for the sidecars with the number 1 bike.
In a break from tradition, there will be no seeded entries in the sidecar class. Instead, the starting order will be determined by qualifying times.
“The fastest driver/passenger combination during qualifying will start first, followed by the second and third quickest, and so on,” organisers confirmed.
The Crowes, as reigning champions, who dominated last year with a double win and their first 120mph+ lap, will carry the number one plate on their Opul Solutions/Kelproperties LCR Honda.
Seven-time podium finishers Pete Founds and Jevan Walmsley (AWB Engineering Honda) will be number two, while 14-time winner Ben Birchall—now partnered by Patrick Rosney—holds number three.
Notable absentees include retired legends Dave Molyneux and John Holden, while newcomers like Stephen Kershaw (number 10) make their TT debut.
The first race is scheduled for June 2.
