The former M & Co shop, Market Street, Douglas is available for a pop-up shop from Monday, May 27 to Monday, June 10.
However, it will cost in the region of £7,000 + VAT, and the roof is not watertight.
The letting advert states that ‘It should be noted that the roof is not watertight and the Department will not accept any liability for water damage to stock’.
Pop-up offers
Offers of rental are expected in the region of £7,000 + VAT inclusive of rates and utilities.
