Girls Break Island Record

The Isle of Man’s U13 girls 4 x100m relay record was broken after 11 years last week in Liverpool.

The relay team of Rowan Thompson, Willow Skillicorn, Autumn Ryles and Eve Martin brought the record tumbling down on May 3.

Running at the Lower North Premier West YDL meet at Wavertree, Liverpool, they ran a time of 56.63s.

The previous record which was set in 2014 was 57.4.

In 2014, the previous record was set by Abby Foden-Williams,Millie Palmer, Ashley Yates and Kira Perry.
