It is the day that country-loving-animal mad creatures like I have been waiting for, it’s finally time for the clocks to change and we gain an hours daylight in the evening.
The clocks always go forward at 1am tonight, well tomorrow, but you know what I mean.
For the first time in quite some time I shan’t be in The Outback confused and flustered as to how we have skipped an hour, I shall be enjoying my old age and going to bed an hour earlier.
An hours extra light
It has taken me a whole 27 years to figure out when you lose an hours sleep and when you gain it.
But a wise owl recently told me that in the Spring (still waiting to see that weather), we ‘spring’ forward an hour.
If you are incredibly lazy and didn’t change your clock on your car back an hour in October, it’s grand as your laziness will now pay off as tomorrow morning you will be on the correct time.
If you couldn’t tell, I, like I’m sure many of you, are absolutely buzzing for this clock change as I honestly thought this hellish winter was never ending. But alas, it is!
