Three Manx athletes were in action at the BUCS Track & Field Championships in Cardiff, with Aimee Christian, Ben Sinclair and Carla Teece all representing their universities.
Ben and Aimee competed for Chester, while Carla lined up for Edge Hill.
Aimee opened her season in style, hitting the Island Games A standard in the 400m hurdles in her very first race of the year.
All three athletes gained valuable early season experience against top university competition.
