Rushen MHK Dr Michelle Haywood has asked for detailed figures on how parking provision in Ramsey has changed following recent works in the town centre.
In a written question to Infrastructure Minister Tim Crookall, Dr Haywood is seeking confirmation of:
- How many parallel parking spaces were available on West Quay before the refurbishment of Parliament Street
- How many additional spaces were created through the temporary echelon (angled) parking now in place
- Whether his Department has any safety concerns regarding current arrangements.
