Developer wants to build 92 homes in Peel.
Dandara said the development would be built next to Castle View nursing home on Glenfaba Road.
The property builder said it has already consulted with the town’s commissioners regarding the proposals for the new estate.
Plans show 23 units would be made affordable and include two open space areas.
