Boxer Sam Rennie will have the chance to land his first pro title in May when he fights for the Australasia Silver Super Featherweight championship.
The Australian based Manx boxer will face Asyer Aluman in Northbridge, Western Australia on May 30.
Rennie recently took his career record to 3-0 when he beat Dedy Imprax following two wins back in 2024.
He said: I’ll be fighting for the WBC Australasia championship on May 30th!
“If I pull this off I’ll be the first Manx champion ever in history… what a honour to be the first champion from the Isle of Man!”

Brother
Sam’s bother Matty returned to the ring over the weekend winning a unanimous points decision to take his career record to 15-1-1.
He beat Octavian Gratii in Gibraltar and set his sights on getting back in the title hunt after his first pro defeat back in December.
