Bemahague Road, on the border of Douglas and Onchan was closed overnight after a crash earlier this morning.
The road is closed between Sign Port Corner and Governors Bridge.
All three emergency services has been in attendance.
Involving at least one car, the crash has seen a vehicle appear to have collided with the wall on the junction of Hailwood Avenue, underneath the green bridge which crosses the TT Course.
The Police reopened the road shortly after 6am this morning.
