Conor Cummins and sidecar duo Ryan and Callum Crowe have swapped the Mountain Course for the library at Kewaigue School.
The Manx TT stars visited pupils this week to launch a whole-school reading challenge designed to encourage children to read more with their adults at home.
The Ramsey Rocket and the history-making Crowe brothers faced a volley of sharp questions from young fans, with Roald Dahl and John Steinbeck emerging as favourite authors.
The riders were visibly impressed by the initiative, which sees pupils complete as many laps as possible on their own TT reading course by reading regularly at home.
Deputy Headteacher Michelle Mylchreest said: “The new initiative aims to link reading with positive role models and real-world inspiration.
“This challenge is about building confidence, encouraging regular reading at home and showing pupils that reading is an important skill for everyone. Having Conor and the Crowe brothers launch it will make the experience truly memorable.”
