The government has passed its Budget for this coming year, but a third of MHKs voted against it.
Earlier a bid to delay today’s Budget fell as only six MHKs voted against suspending standing orders.
There are no prizes for guessing who voted against the budget with Tim Glover, Lawrie Hooper, Jason Moorhouse, Julie Edge, Joney Faragher, Juan Watterson SHK, Chris Thomas and John Wannenburgh voting no.
All other members and all MLCs voted for it.
